Position Summary
The Vaso Region Manager (VRM) is responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, and team development within an assigned geographic region. This role also serves as a liaison between the organization and its GE HealthCare (GEHC) partners, ensuring alignment on strategy, execution, and customer satisfaction at the regional level. The VRM will lead a team of Account Managers and implement strategies to achieve performance targets while fostering a high-performance culture. General responsibilities include leadership and team development, sales strategy and execution, relationship management, and operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor Account Managers to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Own and execute the regional operating plan to meet or exceed orders and revenue targets.
- Lead territory planning and funnel management to maximize market penetration and win rates.
- Support Account Managers in complex sales opportunities to improve order probability.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GE Healthcare regional and zone leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to streamline sales efforts and resolve challenges.
- Communicate market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to internal teams and GE HealthCare partners.
- Manage regional budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implement standardized processes for forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in medical imaging or similar field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving performance targets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
